I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the fast effective service provided by Skyline Property Management! The unit I was selling had a plumbing leak in the wall. We let Skyline know and they had the plumber out to fix it the next day, and the drywall repaired and repainted shortly thereafter. Skyline took over my son's 3-story walk up downtown Edmonton a year ago and the improvements have been significantly positive. As a result our 13 floor highrise 96 unit building hired them on fall of 2020 and again there has already been significant improvements. All the staff are responsive, knowledgeable, very friendly, professional and very transparent on how they are managing our building. This was the best decision we ever made. They refer reputable and cost-value contractors for plumbers and maintenance and the staff, as I said are very knowledgeable, and information on the building is always timely and clear.
