- We can’t seem to get anything fixed at our complex;
- We have a constant rotation of Property Managers and ever time someone new starts we have to start over;
- We don’t get our financials on time;
- We don’t even know if the invoices we are paying are for our building as we don’t see the invoices and/or cheques.
